Both guys & gals have trouble reconciling their gut instinct & animal nature -- things like being too impulse about sex or too frightened to be polite about rejecting someone -- with long-term smarter ideas like letting desire and comfort build before sex, or just saying "no" without drama.

The best you can do is be alert to warning signs & avoid people lacking the confidence to control impulses.
