How do I deal with my parents divorce as an adult?

Parents are a child's entire world & moral system, and it's hard as an adult to be just-friends & equals. View everything that's happening as though they were just old friends, not family. Support them each, but not too much so it drains your energy, & especially not if they're being immature. Get your own friends to support you & distract you from pain. You love you, too!
