Are all relationships based on trust? :o)

If you're not consistently good to each other, it's not healthy. And it's good to be active in verifying that, rather than trusting and being blind. In other words, trust your mother, but watch her! :)

Actually, no.

If you have a happy, centered life, & know who you are & what you want, then you don't need a "trust" that makes everything perfect. Instead, you know how to spot the little warning signs when someone's not good to you, and you have the confidence to say "no". Relationships are based on two people being consistently good to each other. Trust comes from that.
